Narelle Rigby, Senior Occupational Therapist and Psychotherapist
Qualifications: Bachelor OT (1998), Masters Clinical Family Therapy (2005) LaTrobe University.
Service Locations: Parkdale and Seaford Clinics, Community-Based across South East Melbourne, and Telehealth.
Narelle is an Occupational Therapist and Psychotherapist with extensive experience (25years) working with adults and families, who are experiencing a range of difficulties relating to: C-PTSD, PTSD, personality disorders, anxiety and mood disorders, psychosis, and difficulties adjusting to life events.
Narelle draws from a wide range of evidence based therapeutic modalities to support and assist the people she works with:

Narelle has a particular interest and skill set in working with people who have experienced trauma. She is passionate about helping to reduce and minimise the impact of this past trauma on current day to day functioning.
Julia Dixon, Senior Therapist
Qualifications: MOTPrac (2008), BHSc (2003). LaTrobe University.
Service Locations: Seaford, Melbourne – Onsite at Clinic and Telehealth
Julia is an Occupational Therapist with extensive experience (15years) working with children, adolescents, adults and families, who are experiencing a range of difficulties relating to: Autism Spectrum Disorders, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, C-PTSD, PTSD, anxiety and mood disorders, and difficulties adjusting to life events.
Julia draws from a wide range of evidence based therapeutic modalities to support and assist the people she works with:

- Routine establishment and maintenance

Julia has a particular interest and skill set in working with people who are neurodivergent and supporting them and their families. She is passionate about collaborating with people to help them to live their best lives, with meaning and purpose.
Britt Watson, Senior Therapist
Qualifications: B.OccThy (2002)
Service Locations: community based South Metro Brisbane, and Telehealth
Britt has extensive experience working with youth and adults with Mental Health over 15 years, and extending her professional reach to children over the past five years. Britt builds relationships through openness and creativity with the knowledge and understanding that what people do (Occupations) on a day to day basis is central to their wellbeing. Britt has completed ongoing training in sensory approaches in mental health and works with a trauma informed approach. Britt is accredited with a B.OccThy through James Cook University, a Dip.AppSci (Bio) through Swinburne University of Technology, and has completed a Diploma of Life Coaching in 2010.
Keirra Powrie
Customer Care and Administration Support
Keirra is our dedicated Customer Care and Admin Support and brings warmth and understanding with every interaction. Keirra has lived experience with a sibling that has high needs and understands firsthand what it is like to navigate health and disability supports. Keirra brings direct experience and understanding to our team around managing the NDIS through her work as a support worker, carer, and as our admin support.
Keirra works a hybrid role with us and is usually the first point of contact for any questions and assistance you may need from us. You will find her on the end of the phone or email, or face to face at our Seaford Clinic on certain days.
Sarah Sladek
Allied Health Assistant
Sarah is a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapy Allied Health Assistant driven by a desire to positively impact the lives of children, adolescents, adults and their families.
Her personal experience raising three sons with ASD/ADHD has provided her with a deep understanding of the challenges and triumphs associated with these conditions. Witnessing the transformative power of occupational therapy and other allied health therapies firsthand, Sarah is committed to supporting individuals and families on their journey towards independence and well-being.
Sarah’s focus lies in promoting healthy habits, encouraging social engagement, and fostering independence. She believes in the importance of early intervention and ongoing long-term support, recognising that these strategies are essential for long-term success.
Sarah’s empathetic and supportive nature allows her to build strong relationships with clients, creating a safe and nurturing environment where they can thrive. With her passion and expertise, Sarah is dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those she supports.
