Allied Health Assistant – Private Payer
$100 per hour for face to face and non-face to face services across clinic, home, and community.
$100 per hour for travel, plus $1 per km for the non-labour travel component.
Medicare
Medicare Rebates
These are Medicare benefits for eligible services, subject to the relevant referral, practitioner, location and item requirements. Your rebate depends on the item billed and may differ for shorter sessions or telehealth.
Mental Health Treatment Plan, item 80135 (in consulting rooms, at least 50 minutes) – $89.50
Eating Disorder Treatment and Management Plan, item 82371 (in consulting rooms, at least 50 minutes) – $89.50
Chronic Condition Management Plan, item 10958 (at least 20 minutes) – $63.40
Complex neurodevelopmental disorder and disability, item 82010 (eligible patients under 25) – $89.50
Mental Health Treatment Plan, item 80140 (outside consulting rooms, at least 50 minutes) – $115.35
Example out-of-pocket cost: For an eligible 50-minute appointment in consulting rooms billed under item 80135, our $230 session fee less the $89.50 Medicare rebate leaves $140.50 out of pocket. Different items, shorter sessions and telehealth may have different rebates.
NDIS Fees
NDIS Fees
We accept self-managed and plan-managed NDIS funding. See NDIS Funding for our provider registration arrangements.
If you are self-managed, payment is required on the day of service.
Occupational Therapy
Face-to-face services – $193.99 per hour
Non-face-to-face services – $193.99 per hour
Travel – capped at $97 per hour
Travel non-labour costs – $0.99 per km
Allied Health Assistant
Face-to-face services – $86.79 per hour
Non-face-to-face services – $86.79 per hour
Travel – capped at $43.40 per hour

What the NDIS fees cover
Our NDIS rates above are shown per 60 minutes.
Face-to-face services are services you are directly involved in, including therapy sessions in the clinic, by telehealth, or in your home or community, and phone calls with you.
Non-face-to-face services include work completed for your therapy outside appointments, such as reports, clinical notes, research, planning, care team meetings and file reviews.
Both face-to-face and non-face-to-face services are directly related to your individual therapy.
General administration, such as setting up files, developing service agreements and organising appointments, is not billed.
Any unusual service requirements will be discussed with you before they occur, wherever possible.
Travel, payment and cancellations
Payment Process
An invoice will be issued after each session. Payment is due on the day of the session and can be made by bank deposit or credit card.
A receipt will be provided after payment. Eligible Medicare benefits can be claimed using the receipt, or we can process the claim at your request.
We reserve the right to cancel upcoming appointments when invoices remain unpaid.
Travel
Travel is available for certain services, therapists and circumstances. This may include a one-off appointment for an FCA or travel within an agreed distance from the clinic.
We will discuss your individual needs at referral and confirm whether travel can be offered as part of your service.
Travel charges include therapist or assistant travel time and kilometres at the applicable rates listed above. We generally do not charge for parking or tolls.
Cancellation Policy
Please give at least two business days’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. A cancellation charge applies with less notice. For private clients, the cancellation fee is $80.
