Face to face services are the services you will directly be involve in, such as therapy sessions in the clinic, online, or your home and community, phone calls to you etc.

Non-face to face services includes the unseen work we do, such as reports, compulsory notes, research, planning, care team meetings, and reviewing files.

Both face to face and non-face to face services are directly related to your specific therapy services.

Other administration, such as file set up, developing service agreements, and organising appointments are not billed for.

If there are any out of the ordinary services that are required, they will be discussed with you before they occur where possible.

Travel

Travel is available with certain services, and therapists, or in certain circumstances only. For example, once off therapy for FCA reports or travel within a certain radius of our clinic.

We will discuss your individual needs at the time of referral, and identify if we are able to offer travel to you as part of your therapy services
