Mental Health
Occupational Therapy aims to improve health and wellbeing through enabling participation in occupation (the activities, roles and routines of everyday life).
At OUR THERAPIES we provide services to people with mild, moderate and severe mental health conditions. Conditions such as anxiety and depressive disorders, as well as conditions such as psychosis and trauma-related disorders, which require highly specialised interventions.
Our Occupational Therapists provide strengths-based goal-directed services to improve mental health and wellbeing. Mental health Occupational Therapists bring a holistic, person-centred approach focussed on supporting an individual to experience enhanced wellbeing through enabling their participation in their daily activities across all environments – home, school, work, community settings, etc.
At OUR THERAPIES we welcome collaboration, and we are very happy to be part of your multi-disciplinary team.
