Narelle Rigby – Outreach Therapies

Narelle is an Occupational Therapist with extensive experience working with young people, adults and families. Narelle has also trained in Family and Systems Therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) Therapy; an evidence-based treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) which can also be used in C-PTSD, anxiety and phobia treatment. Narelle utilises a range of assessment and therapeutic modalities as clinically indicated. Narelle is accredited with a B.OccThy and a Master of Clinical Family Therapy through La Trobe University.

Julia Dixon – EDGE OT

MOTPrac (2008), BHSc (2003).

Julia is an Occupational Therapist with extensive experience working with children, youth and in early adulthood. Julia has also trained in Developmental Psychiatry, sensory modulation, sensory approaches in mental health and Family-Based Treatment; an evidenced-based treatment for people living with an eating disorder. Julia utilises a range of assessment and therapeutic modalities as clinically indicated. Julia is accredited with a MOTPrac and a BHSc (Health Sciences) through La Trobe University and has completed the Developmental Psychiatrist Course in 2009.

Britt Watson – Mornington Peninsula OT

Britt has extensive experience working with youth and adults with Mental Health over 15 years, and extending her professional reach to children over the past five years. Britt builds relationships through openness and creativity with the knowledge and understanding that what people do (Occupations) on a day to day basis is central to their wellbeing and success. Britt has completed ongoing training in sensory approaches in mental health and works with a trauma informed approach. Britt is accredited with a B.OccThy through James Cook University, a Dip.AppSci (Bio) through Swinburne University of Technology, and has completed a Diploma of Life Coaching in 2010.
