OUR THERAPIES welcomes referrals for mental health occupational therapy and psychotherapy.

We work with children, adolescents, adults and older adults. Appointments are available online by telehealth, at our Melbourne clinics, and through home and community visits in Brisbane.

Adult Pathways

We support people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related difficulties, grief, life changes and relationship difficulties.

Referrals may relate to distressing experiences, recurring emotional or relationship patterns, or mental health difficulties affecting daily activities, work, study and participation.

We also work with people experiencing psychosocial disability or mental health concerns alongside autism or ADHD.

Child and Adolescent Pathways

We support children and adolescents with mental health, emotional, sensory and social difficulties.

Referrals may relate to play, learning, self-care, school participation, friendships or daily routines. We work with the young person, their parents or both, depending on their needs and with their consent.

Our Approach

Psychotherapy forms an integral part of our mental health occupational therapy practice.

We consider the person’s experiences, relationships, everyday activities and surroundings. Goals are developed together and guide the work.

Our senior occupational therapists hold mental health endorsement through Occupational Therapy Australia. Additional training and treatment approaches vary across the team.

With the person’s consent, we communicate with the treating team to support coordinated care.
