Rebates depend on your referral, eligibility and the item billed. Shorter sessions, telehealth and different appointment locations can have different rebates.

For an eligible 50-minute appointment billed under item 80135, the $230 fee less the $89.50 rebate leaves $140.50 out of pocket.

We accept self-managed and plan-managed funding. Self-managed clients pay on the day of service.

What the NDIS fees cover
Appointments include therapy in the clinic, by telehealth, at home or in the community, and phone calls with you.
Work outside appointments includes reports, clinical notes, research, planning, care team meetings and file reviews directly related to your therapy.
General administration, including setting up files, preparing service agreements and organising appointments, is not billed.
Unusual service requirements are discussed beforehand wherever possible.
Travel, payment and cancellations
Payment
An invoice is issued after each session. Payment is due that day by bank deposit or credit card.
A receipt is provided after payment. You can use it to claim eligible Medicare benefits, or ask us to process the claim.
Upcoming appointments can be cancelled while invoices remain unpaid.
Travel
Travel availability depends on the service, therapist and location. We discuss this at referral and confirm arrangements before appointments.
Charges include travel time and kilometres at the rates above. Parking and tolls are generally not charged.
Cancellations
Please give at least two business days’ notice to cancel or reschedule. A cancellation charge applies with less notice.
The private cancellation fee is $80.
