Psychotherapy and Counselling

Psychotherapy and Counselling

We explore experiences, emotions and relationship patterns that affect your life.

We take time to understand you and how your mental health affects daily life. What matters to you, your relationships, surroundings and supports guide how we work together.

How We Work

Through conversation and reflection, we explore connections between thoughts, feelings, bodily responses and relationships. We work at your pace.

We help you understand patterns and develop strategies when they get in the way of daily activities, relationships or roles such as work, study and parenting. This can include processing experiences, practising different responses or changing demands and surroundings.

How We Can Help

  • Recurring relationship difficulties: understand patterns and explore different ways of responding.
  • Past experiences: process their effects on how you feel and relate to others.
  • Feeling stuck: explore emotions, beliefs and circumstances that keep difficulties going.
  • Grief, identity or life changes: work through what feels unresolved and what it means for you.

Training and Experience

Our occupational therapists have additional training in psychological and somatic approaches. Clinician profiles outline their qualifications, experience and treatments offered.

Our senior OTs hold mental health endorsement through Occupational Therapy Australia, with ongoing supervision and annual mental health professional development.
